SOD Install Pricing
Residential SOD installs starting from $1.55 / Square Foot
Each yard is unique therefore pricing may be different, but for a rough benchmark you can be looking at around $1.55/ Square Foot with a 1500 Square Foot minimum.
Whats Included?

Preparation of existing soil (e.g. removal of weeds, rocks, and/or debris)

Haul in + install of topsoil to level out the yard and provide added nutrients

Application of Root starter fertilizer to give the SOD a headstart in proper rooting

INSTALLING THE NEW SOD!
Decorative Rock / Mulch
Whether it's creating a new rocked area or re-mulching an existing area we have you covered.
Utilizing rock or mulch in your yard will give it a pop of colour in those areas that get a lot of sun or in the areas where you have your favourite plants!
